Potters Bar Artistic Swimming Club (PBASC) introduces children to an Olympic sport that combines swimming, dance and gymnastics where athletes perform synchronised routines to music.
We encourage our swimmers to enter Swim England competitions to both enhance their enjoyment in the sport as well as develop their personal and team skills.
PBASC is lucky enough to be run and supported by a skilled coaching and volunteer team, many of whom have dedicated their lives to artistic swimming.
The key members of our team are:
Club Chair
As Chair, Helen Poletti-Taylor leads the day-to-day management and running of the club with the support of the Committee.
Head Coach
Jayne Jarvis has competed in artistic swimming internationally for Team GB and continues to compete as a master to this day. Supported by the coaching team, Jayne has many years of coaching experience and leads our training sessions.
Club Secretary
With a background in administration and office management Donna Groves ensures that the club remains organised and supported behind the scenes.
Club Treasurer
As Treasurer Austin Wikner is responsible for maintaining the club’s annual budget, monitoring incoming and outgoing funds, and ensuring that the club has necessary funds.
